Have you really given up smoking?
Mark Twain once said:
Giving up smoking is the easiest thing in the world. I know because I’ve done it thousands of times.
So when can you really say… conclusively (well, if not 100%, as conclusive as it can get :-)) that you’ve given up smoking?
- When you don’t want to walk behind someone else who’s smoking.
- When someone asks you if you want to smoke, you say “No” without having to think.
- When you still have peace of mind 30 minutes after you have refused a cigarette.
So can you think of some more conclusive evidences?
